Delta College Bookstore is currently closed to the public.

The Bookstore will be open for the Winter Semester!

Winter 2021 term is available for “View Only” See below for when you can start ordering books for the upcoming Winter 2021 term.

Web ordering starts on December 7, 2020.  Order your winter books using financial aid or a credit card and have your book mailed to your home via UPS.  NOTE: We will not be processing book orders from December 23-January 4th until we return from break, so order your books early so you have them for the first day of class.

The Bookstore will open its doors for in person purchases starting December 14, 2020. We will adhere to all the CDC safety guidelines so there may be lines.  Plan accordingly to get your books before the first day of class and avoid the frustration of lines.

After January 22nd the store will close, online orders will still be processed.

Important dates:

Refund period for Winter 2021 term ends on January 15th

Last day to use financial aid for the Winter 2021 term is January 22nd

Book buyback is processed through our third party partner and can be done when you are ready.  Details are on the website.

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Orders will be shipped UPS ground only. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order.

Shipping Policies

Your order is packed with care by our staff to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order should arrive in three to five working days (not including weekends or holidays). During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

The last day for a full refund or exchange of books purchased for the Fall 2020 term is Septebmer 18th, 2020.  Books can only be returned in the semester they were purchased.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • You must have your original cash register receipt and a current registration statement.
  • New books must be in new condition to receive a full refund.
  • New books returned in used condition will be refunded at the used book price.
  • Bundled books must be in their original packaging with all components included.
  • Books for short-term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled and proof of cancellation is included.
  • Access codes that have been opened or activated cannot be refunded.
  • The Bookstore may refuse to refund any book due to its condition.
  • Supplies, computers, software, and bus passes are non-returnable.
  • Credit card purchases are refunded back to the original credit card. There is no cash back for credit card purchases.
