Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and trying to keeping everyone safe, Delta College has arranged for a Virtual Textbook Sellback. We are working through a third-party partner to provide this easy 3-step sell back process.

Books for the Spring/Summer semester are on sale. There will be no pick-up option for orders during the Spring/Summer 2020 semester. Orders will be shipped UPS only. Books for the Fall 2020 Term are on our website as "View Only", you can purchase Fall 2020 textbooks starting August 10th, 2020. 

As of May 26th, 2020 we are removing the Financial Aid option from our website for purchase of books/supplies for the Spring/Summer 2020 Term. If you would still like to charge something against your Financial Aid you will need to contact the Student Billing Department at studentbilling@delta.edu and get them to authorize the purchase.

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. There will be no pick-up option for orders during the Spring/Summer 2020 semester. Orders will be shipped UPS only. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order.

Shipping Policies

Your order is packed with care by our staff to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order should arrive in three to five working days (not including weekends or holidays). During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

The last day for a full refund or exchange of books purchased for the Spring 2020 Semester is May 15th. The last day for a full refund or exchange for the Summer 2020 Semester is July 9th. Books can only be returned in the semester they were purchased.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • You must have your original cash register receipt and a current registration statement.
  • New books must be in new condition to receive a full refund.
  • New books returned in used condition will be refunded at the used book price.
  • Bundled books must be in their original packaging with all components included.
  • Books for short-term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled and proof of cancellation is included.
  • Access codes that have been opened or activated cannot be refunded.
  • The Bookstore may refuse to refund any book due to its condition.
  • Supplies, computers, software, and bus passes are non-returnable.
  • Credit card purchases are refunded back to the original credit card. There is no cash back for credit card purchases.
