Be prepared for your first day of class by getting your books early.  By planning ahead, you’ll  also avoid long lines or delays in shipping

Order your winter books using financial aid or a credit card and have your book mailed to your home via UPS.  Please allow 5-7 business days for processing + 2-3 days for delivery. Plan ahead so you have your books and supplies for the first day of class

Get your books in the store starting Monday, December 14, 2020

The Bookstore will open its doors for in person purchases starting December 14, 2020. We will adhere to all the CDC safety guidelines so there may be lines.  You can avoid long wait times by scheduling an appointment to visit the store through Pioneer Connect.  Students with appointments will go to the front of the line

Important Dates:

  • After January 22nd the store will close for in person visits. Online orders will still be processed. 
  • Refund period ends on January 15th
  • Last day to use financial aid is January 22nd

Shipping Policies

Your order is packed with care by our staff to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order should arrive in three to five working days (not including weekends or holidays). During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

The last day for a full refund or exchange of books purchased for the Fall 2020 term is Septebmer 18th, 2020.  Books can only be returned in the semester they were purchased.

Our return policy is as follows:

  • You must have your original cash register receipt and a current registration statement.
  • New books must be in new condition to receive a full refund.
  • New books returned in used condition will be refunded at the used book price.
  • Bundled books must be in their original packaging with all components included.
  • Books for short-term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled and proof of cancellation is included.
  • Access codes that have been opened or activated cannot be refunded.
  • The Bookstore may refuse to refund any book due to its condition.
  • Supplies, computers, software, and bus passes are non-returnable.
  • Credit card purchases are refunded back to the original credit card. There is no cash back for credit card purchases.
